I went to the Junkman's daughter today
in my quest to find the perfect Latin gown. The Junkman’s daughter can best be
described as an eclectic scavenger hunt carrying everything from the outrageous
to the mundane. Several years ago
when I wore a stunning floor length Gold Lame Gown and a Black Silk top with a
silver sequined butterfly purchased from there for a show called Bravissimo
World Put on by the Northside School of the Performing Arts Touring Company.
Today I saw several pretty sundresses, wigs in every color, and a spike studded
bustier! That thing looks pretty deadly for partner dancing - Just like Michael
Jackson's song there would be "Blood on The Dance Floor" for real!!!
Hahahaha!!! The closest thing to what I was looking for was a fringe dress in
Pepto Bismol pink but the color didn't appeal to me. After being stared down by
the life size Frankenstein like mannequin in the ceiling I am on my merry way.
The quest continues – I will leave no r
hinestone
unturned!
